Hand Wrought Metalwork from Philadephia

All cleaned up with only some minor rust putting, this cast iron surface plate was probably my biggest score yesterday. 16”x22” with a dead FLAT face, this will be very useful for layout and marking, as well as a platen for and lapping a
Well it’s far from perfect but I’ll take it for now. Only 2 or 3 hours to get it to this finish level, now where on earth do I mount it….
Good god this thing is huge. 125lb T-stake finally arrived today. Big thanks to @jacques_gallant and @dphandjewelrydesigns for making this crazy thing happen, can’t wait to use it. Sooooo much grinding and polishing in my future
